The Register of Emergency and Life-saving Medicines (REALM) shows stockholdings of antidotes, antivenoms and other critical medicines at NSW Health facilities.
Each listing includes the hospital, where the medicine is stored within that hospital, and contact details to arrange access. Stock data is refreshed daily from Monday to Friday.
REALM replaced the Life Saving Drugs Register in October 2025. The update introduced a refreshed interface and the new name.
Expert advisory group
The Emergency and Life-saving Medicines Expert Advisory Group advises on enhancements to REALM and on improving access to these medicines across NSW.
Victorian register
The Victorian Poisons Information Centre maintains a similar register for Victorian hospitals on behalf of the Victorian Therapeutic Advisory Group.
