Dylan Forbes has focused his career on working with cutting-edge approaches in Psychology and translating them into practical and meaningful experiences for participants. He combines a high level of interpersonal and presentation skills with a strong analytical ability.

Dylan specialises in facilitating team development - incorporating the latest methodologies from Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry (AI) into programs that help team members learn from and support each other in their ongoing development. His teaching methods include experiential and self-directed learning, role-play, one-to-one coaching and group facilitation. He uses advanced communication and conflict resolution techniques to ensure positive outcomes for all participants.

Dylan's expertise also includes developing specialised feedback surveys for Leaderskill’s clients, including: Leader/Manager™ surveys, change skills, teamwork, employee engagement, climate and trust surveys. Dylan is a co-developer of Leaderskill’s Start-up Mega Planning program of strategic planning aimed at fast-tracking business into sustainable practice that will ensure the wellbeing of future generations.
